Premium Beef Patty Production Process

  3. 3. Coarse Grinding: Use an industrial meat grinder to coarsely grind the beef to 13 mm particles.

  4. 4. Mixing: Thoroughly mix the coarse ground beef.

  5. 5. Fine Grinding: Fine grind the beef to 3 mm particles while removing bones and membranes.

  6. 6. Forming Patties: Shape the beef into uniformly weighted, round patties.

  7. 7. Patterning and Perforation: Press patterns and perforate both sides of the patties.

  8. 8. Quick Freezing: Rapidly freeze the patties individually.

  9. 9. Spraying: Apply a fine mist of water.

  10. 10. Stacking: Stack the patties for storage.

  11. 11. Inspection: Perform metal detection and X-ray inspection.

  12. 12. Packaging: Bag and box the patties.

  13. 13. Cooking: Cook the patties on a double-sided grill.

  14. 14. Seasoning: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  15. 15. Warming: Keep the patties warm and ready for serving.

 

Economy Beef Patty Production Process

The process for economy beef patties is similar to that of premium patties, but with the addition of various ingredients and additives. These can include a range of seasonings, thickeners, and even direct additions of potatoes, onions, and corn kernels. The methods for consuming these patties are equally diverse, catering to various tastes and preferences.
