GoHunt Meat Flattening Machine adopts a dual squeezing principle, utilizing three pairs of pressure rollers and belts to press and flatten meat gently and efficiently. The flattening machine uses the pressure generated to appropriately stretch and separate muscle fibers. With adjustable spacing between belts for different thicknesses of compression, the flattening machine ensures consistently uniform thickness and minimizes muscle fiber rebound, optimizing freezing or heating times and improving yields. The expanded surface also enhances tenderness and flavor. If used for breading, it significantly increases the amount of coating. Suitable for various meats, fresh or crust-frozen, bone-in or boneless, such as pork, pork chops, beef, poultry, and fish, this flattener machine offers versatile features for efficient and precise meat processing.
Working principle:
Using 3 sets of massage rollers to flatten the meat gently but effectively. During this process, the fibres are taking very little apart what actually brings the fantastic results in flattening and meat consistency. Once flattened, it stays flat.
